With the industry shifting towards online deliveries, we'll explore distinctions between online, hybrid, and in-person classes, offering insights to optimize your effectiveness in each setting. Participate in hands-on exercises, engage in group discussions, and presentations. You'll even have the chance to deliver a brief (10-minute) presentation, receiving constructive feedback for continuous skill improvement.

Course Outline

1. Master the art of trainer introduction and audience connection.
2. Efficiently plan sessions using available MCT resources.
3. Excel in on-site, remote, and hybrid training delivery.
4. Continuously improve through adult learning principles.
5. Set clear learning goals and formulate teaching plans.
6. Utilize effective techniques for enhanced learning effectiveness.
7. Enhance sessions with impactful audiovisual aids, while adeptly managing time and engaging trainees

Note: - Classes are available in-person and live remote formats, with in-person sessions lasting 4-5 days a week for 4 hours each day. Live remote classes consist of 4-5 sessions weekly, with 4 to 5 candidates per session, and classes are scheduled on Nepal Standard Time UTC+05:45.
